Hello all. Have a couple updates. I will try to put a vid together but will take a few hrs. So here is a little something that may be of interest. In the second post really.
@rich316 in the second vid posted Dr K. Strong touches on some of the predictions that have been made by some. I am also interested in knowing whether you have debunked the prediction you ask about.
If I have blown off anyones inquiries please post again and i will try to address them.
Now. We must all know that most of what is said will happen are predictions. Based on passed events. I have stated before and will state again that at this time in history the earth moon and solar system so to say is going through what it has not for 26,000 yrs. So predictions from lets say a 100 year cycle really does not apply. You could use what has been collected from when we started to collect the data from the sun ect to what is happening now but is really not very relevant.
Predictions are predictions and should be taken as such. If we had data that went back as far as...lets say 168,000 years we may have a base line to go off. But we do not. So this really is a key time to collect any data and happenings for the people that will be looking at the data 26,000 yrs from now. will that data be available then? mmmmm maybe if we start chiseling it into rock like the past civilizations have but some of there etchings or carvings still make us say...... huh?
With out our own satellites and retrieval of data one cannot say what has been left out or miss interpreted.

Predictions? Did someone mention predictions?
Of course, I missed it by 24 hours...said up to 96...really it was around 120...
It took awhile for 1410's lower magnetic field to twist up enough at the base before it blew...and the Sun really did slow down in the mid-section currents quite a bit over the past 72 hours...
Either case.. 1 M-Class flare from 1410... a small one...but in the range...more or less...
Definitely a wee-bit weak...but it could yield a few more M-Class flares on its way out...nothing to be concerned about...but fun to look at non-the-less....
Cheers,
-CN

Thanks for the thought Ironman.
_______
Nice job CN. I think the one coming around the east limb will be bringing some excitement. But my predictions are purely speculation.

The ones coming around the corner are the twins...and you would be right about the % chance they will share their joy with us this time round as well.
The only difference is they are sporting more established magnetic bands that appear to be quite tangled at the moment...
Higher tension...higher "snap"...
Definitely expect a few love taps from these two trouble makers as they make their round...
