Someone posted this on FB regarding a pic that keeps on being taken down

Roberto Mura allegedly works or worked for JAXA. Done a little searching and Roberto Mura doesn't seem to exist, but a "João Roberto Moreira" does and it looks like he specializes in Remote sensing

I would even go so far as to say both Russia and the US have Sub's in the area.
