Because a doctor can determine who is mentally competant to own a fire arm. This is what i was refering to a while back, i knew this was coming. PSSSSSST the dead give away was the spike of bi-polar diagnosis. With this said, if this is the case, this will be the straw that breaks Americas back. There are millions of people diagnosed as bi-polar, what do you think will happen.

I don't go to the doctor. For my brain or the rest of me. Can't afford it. Maybe they should worry less about having fucking doctors spy on us and more about how to make it so people can actually afford to go to the doctor? Yeah, I know, call me crazy.

Ya i know right, So now a 'pediatrician' is now a 'psychiatrist' that determines 'mental competance' via questioning the adult gun owners children?? pah-lease
