The father's son, Dr. Laibow's husband, also went to West Point and likewise spent more than 30 years active duty, in charge of a number of Top Secret programs including the one which continues development in the Yelm area, Remote Viewing. Retired Major General Stubblebine, if you'd like to google him up. With enough search, you can find the two of them, back when he was still active duty, attending a Russian Military UFO seminar before the break up of the Soviet Union.

...I'm trying to confirm Dr. Laibow's statement that the first human use of fluoride was in the German and Russian gulags where they discovered that regular micro-doses would render the prisoners more complacent and easier to manage.
