That doesn't make any sense to me.
I can't see the logic in destroying ones self in order to start anew.
If such a scenario played itself out, who is to say that such destruction wouldn't wipe out humanity in its entirety - along with the animal life?
How can rebirth occur under such circumstances?

As far as the experts and other novice researchers and scientist know 97+% of all life to have ever existed on earth has gone exstict, and mankind had nothing to do with 99% of such ELE's. How presuptious of you to include the world as we know it, not harboring such changes. It is not us that weilds the power to make all things new, in order for a planetary rebirth, try arguing with a hurricane. Cosmic catastrophies, and planetary actions, are cycles and events that mankind can not prevent. Throughout the history of mankind, there have been events that dictated mankinds paths of existance. There for the repetition of repeating the same mistakes is nearly impossible. There will never again be an existance of an oil dominated speicies of man if, and when this time of man falls. Our mistake has always been, forgetting the truth of our past due to the finality of events that have happened. If we are lucky, we'll get a new drawing board.

I think you're the one being presumptuous here.
I believe earth is going through a cycle.
I believe that Mankind has been here a lot longer than the texts books say.
I believe that mankind has witnessed calamitous events, and survived them.
But the cycle seems to perpetuate itself. Thus, for mankind to truly take charge of its own destiny, and do away with its refectory ways, it needs to develop to a level of understanding that firmly puts pay to the old axioms that have held mankind back. Hitherto, we have stumbled; but we are now beginning to understand things what greater clarity; and understanding the complexities of the universe and our own meta-psychical being.
It will get to a point where the absurdities of our existence: war, greed, and the desire to subjugate and do harm to others - will become a thing of the past. But that won't happen if we have to start all over again, and commit the same mistakes with the same consequences.

We don't need a new drawing board; we just need to re-write the old one.

The only thing I can gather that is odd about Elenin in all the theories, is the fact that it appears to be being steered/controlled and has objects just behind it, very odd that if true, Elenin is not ELE in my opinion, but is it a possibility it is being used to smokescreen something else?
