its a good theory exept that it doesnt explain mountains, which are caused by continental collissions if the world was expanding then everything would be moving away from each other and places like the Himalayas couldnt possibly exist. :top:

The tectonic plates ARE moving this is why we are having so many earthquakes! The Earth has actually moved 8cm on its axis, I know that doesn't sound a lot but the earth IS moving and we ARE having pole shift. The magnetic pole is also moving at an alarming rate...The closer the Sun gets to the galactic center the worse our weather conditions will be...We are looking at polarity shift.
Mountains are not all formed by tectonic collisions some are formed from volcanic rock and we know through the diodes within the fossilized magma flows that our magnetic pole was once south and not north.
Did you read the Kolbrin link I posted? The 12th planet?

I thought you might like to see the Iris siesmic monitor of the entire earth so you can see for yourself how much the Earth is moving right now!

Pole shift has begun...

Seen this many times over, I like this theory, it is just as plausible as any theory we were taught at school, maybe even more plausible. The spin of the earth would also explain growth factors applied from gravitational forces. Get a tennis ball, wet it, spin it round, where does the water go? To the outer, spin it fast enough and the water will fall off the ball, spin it at just enough speed and get the water to the surface without it leaving the ball. The ball obviously dosen't grow as it has constraints, but the planet may just be doing that given free forces. Just saying it is plausible... makes sense to me..
