Hi everyone, this is my first post/ thread/ whatever in my life, but I felt it was time. I'm sorry, I'm 19 and have a poor grasp on technology so you'll have to bear with me. I never thought in my wildest dreams that people would ever be so accepting and understanding of something I couldn't even get help for as a young child (I'm still a kid :D ). I don't know a lot about them personally except for the experiences I've had and to be honest the stories are albeit lackluster. It's not a Hollywood movie, it's reality. I first saw them at the age of 4 and they still continue to take me weekly and I'm okay with that (wtf am I supposed to do?). I want to say that any nutbar can say they deal with aliens and I am well aware of that. As far as I'm concerned there is no backing except my testimony and I know that there is absolutely no way I can prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. I've been so ridiculed and laughed at in my life that I can't even mention it in public, and this site seems like one of the few places I can vent. So, if there are any questions regarding my experiences I am more than happy to answer them and if you want to ridicule me - that's cool, I'm used to it. I'm used to being completely sane, logical and credible with someone until I mention aliens; then I go from being rational to disturbed. I'm only a kid, but I know there are others like me who have nowhere to go for help and acceptance. I AM NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL, IF YOU BELIEVE YOU NEED PSYCHIATRIC HELP PLEASE SEEK IT. I AM NOT A DOCTOR AND WILL NOT PROFESS TO BE, PLEASE SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP IF YOU FEEL YOU NEED IT. I simply want to help others like me because I know how lonely it can feel sometimes and I can't stand to think that other people with legitimate issues are being ignored and laughed at. Hopefully people will post. if not, that's cool - I figured I'd give it a try :peep:

P.S. I know the post is long as hell, If anyone could message my account personally with some pointers for blogging it would be much appreciated, I'm sorry, I truly am a noob :?

Hey man, welcome..and glad you posted.

I have no questions myself, but let me say this first..
If you encounter any of the stock standard abuse or ridicule,
please understand that it wont be coming from what i would
call the core members of DTv.

Most are pretty accepting and open..

What did you learn from them?
What type of race are they?
Do you know why they take you?
What is their agenda?

Welcome, and as Low said, don't worry.
It took my mom 15 years, to fully understand and grasp what the lights were.
It just takes time for some.

Welcome L4W! Will you tell us some about your experience with them? I am very interested in hearing about them, and I'm sure that others are as well. Don't let any nasty responses to you deter you from your goal. There are a lot here that won't be that way. Just put on your thick skin, and ignore the rest.

I have had a few experiences that I'm really unsure of. I don't have any recollections of craft interiors- per se- but in one of them, I was definitely on a table of some sort, and in a brief moment of lucidness- or memory of it- I was looking up at these beings- there were at least 4 of them- with extra-large heads. One was standing directly next to and just above my face, and the others were moving, or shifting positions. I don't remember being frightened at this point, but just super drowsy- like drugged, and very cold.

I've tried to remember what the faces looked like, but can't. Part of me "assumed?" that they had human features, but with large heads, and another part of me "recalls," that I really, didn't even have a vague memory of faces. The only legitimate, real memory, is of being on the table looking up at these beings with large heads- 2, or 3 seconds at the most. I've either blocked it out, or just don't recall any other details from that particular experience- except for waking up more frightened than I had ever been in my life- and I mean scared shit-less -horrified. ( Or at least, that I recall, anyway.)

Like I said, I am so unsure that it was the real thing. One thing that makes me question it, is that when I do recall dreaming at all, I remember most all of any given dream. The only two nighttime experiences that I've ever had, with only two or three brief "recalls," were these two that I speak of. The brief recalls were like only 2 seconds each, and no more than 3 seconds. That's one odd thing that makes me consider that they may not have been dreams. Another, is that in the second experience, the instant that I woke up, I looked directly at the one bedroom window that I had at the time, and thought to myself- "I went out through that window last night. I was pulled through, WTF?" and then I was sort of dazed, while I tried to figure out what the hell was up.

One other thing that makes me think so, is that in remembering dreams and nightmares that I've had all throughout my life, I realize that these two only, are so distinctive in the way that they made me feel, and the other things that I mentioned, that I cannot for the life of me put them into the same category.

Was there ever a time- in the beginning perhaps- in which your recall was so brief, or have you always remembered all aspects of each "visit?'

The other time, I don't remember seeing them at all. I only remember that "something" appeared right outside my window, then I rose from the bed and went through the window- the closed window- and didn't remember another thing until I woke the next morning. As soon as I woke up though, I remembered this and nothing else- immediately. If it happened more often then that, I don't recall a thing about any of it. Does it seem feasible at all to you that these were real abductions, or do you think that I was just dreaming, or having nightmares? Does any of it ring a bell?

Cheers, and again, Welcome

Hawk

Hi there, I'm very interested in hearing your experiences! No I do not think people are crazy based on things like this I do believe this stuff can and does happen. So feel free to talk about it I'm pretty openminded and anything is possible. I do believe aliens exist so it's no surprise that they are interacting with humans, they have been since the beginning of time. So relax no one will ridicule you here, and welcome to the forum ! :sunny:

I'm very interested also :)

I'm not a contactee nor an abductee although some days I wish I was, I believe but I guess I need personal physical proof. But I've often wondered about abduction. Have any abductees set up a motion sensor camera to pick up the action? I would like to see a video if anyone knows of a legitimate one.

hello and welcome here!! lets just start with this - i studied psych and sociology in university, ive traveled all over the world, met and talked with lots of people, and i feel i have a very decent grasp on the way people (all kinds) think and behave. having said that i will also say that im a skeptic, but in the sense that im continuously searching for evidence to many of the things that i believe to be real, and out there, extra-terrestrials included. a true scientist is never convinced until it is 100%, and will strive until that end is reached.
ok so to start, seahawk, i understand how you feel about the memories that you do have, and why you feel like you could see the faces but at the same time sort of not see them. the mind tends to try and put form to things that may be unrecognizable or unfamiliar. i personally believe thats why in some cases people tend to report seeing such similar things. if they were to encounter something so radically different to anything they have seen or could imagine, or something the mind did not want to "admit to", the mind will simply "put a face on it" as it were, in order for the it to at least begin attempting to comprehend what the hell is going on.
i myself had an experience as a child, sleeping in my backyard- i awoke to see a noiseless round craft sitting in the night sky with very dim dark blue lights. as soon as i sat up to look at it better, a "search beam" type thing hit me for just a fraction of a second, went away, and then just as quickly the craft whisked itself away, noiseless and without further actions. NOW, the point is, the more ive tried to remember what actually happened, and what i actually saw, the more i seem to find form in the shape and colours that i witnessed, without actually originally recalling those details so vividly. i have to speculate as to why i saw something so similar to the UFO's i had been seeing on tv and movies at that age, and not something different, and i think this may be partly due to the fact that my mind is associating details, "filling in the blanks" in order for me to attempt to grasp the experience. its also possible that i was just having a very vivid dream and it never really happened at all haha. Its much like while in a lucid dream state, often times its difficult to discern peoples faces, but upon waking you can say "i had a dream about lucy" or whoever. the mind fills in the blanks based around the circumstances of the experience.
this however can be a very valuable tool in recalling details as you truly saw them, and not as your mind thinks it saw them. knowing somethings not quite right is the first step to figuring out why, and therefore what it should be. am i ranting yet?
also, i believe in the power of lucid dreaming as a device for recalling memories...think of it as hypnosis without outside influence, no one to lead questions or try to get you to recall something that in actuality may or may not have happened. this has always been my biggest problem with hypnosis used for regressing back to previous memories. for example, they could say "where are you" and you say "im in a forest" - if they start asking you about the trees and the ground, your mind will begin to solidify those objects more, and could potentially steer you away from where you really could be....what if your memory is so repressed and blurry, that youre really in a city, and initially mistook the buildings and lamp posts at night for a forest setting before the subconscious could focus? the mind is an interesting creature and its definitely possible. i could list more examples of this idea, but wont lol. point is, within a personalized dream state, you have the ability to roam your mind at will, without being led on by outside stimulus. my recommendation, start learning lucid dreaming techniques...there are many ways, some work better than others, but it depends on the individual. check it out! i can offer some help in that regard as well if anyone wants it. i personally love my dreams, and have used them as a tool many many times, to relive experiences and gain perspective, to confront fears, and to express incredible imagination in ways i could have only dreamed were possible (no pun intended :D ) hope this 430 am ranting has at least helped a bit, im a lot more coherent with a bit more sleep
