Yes, and the love of money, and our monetary system is at the heart of it. It is not one complete, united nation, but a patchwork of localities, and corporate entities.
There are no solid rules, that is why it is important of have "your game on" when out in public, and particularly when outside your home area. You are a stranger in a strange land.

The Police force of the New America is nothing but a government sanctioned gang of thugs and bullies that dont even understand the law they swear to honor and uphold. In the New America we are not innocent until proven guilty but reverse, we now have to prove our innocence because we are considered guilty until that point. The citizens of the New America has less rights then the criminals or illegal aliens that jump our fence and suck the blood of our country, then turn around and have the audacity to complain about our ways. Will this change? no.
So you have two choices
1. Learn to live with the New America and accept that the country you grew to love and charish is nothing more than a shell of its former glory becuase of the greed and warmonger of its leaders. You must learn to live without the Constitution defending you and learn to accept the fact the despite what you may think is fair, the government doesn't care and will do what it takes to ensure that it does not loose its power over the people.
2. Move. Thats right, move. This country is not going to get any better. But unfortunately allot of Americans dont have the luxury of being able to move to another country. So where does that leave them? With option 1.

these steroid drugged up thugs would rather beat the hell out of you or shoot you the
head because you scatched your nose. Cops today are trained in military tactics & are
to use them. Carry some type of recording device & know your rights, most state it's
legal to video anyone even cops in public.

Fourteenth Amendment
The Constitution's fourteenth amendment says, "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty or property without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." The "due process" clause guarantees that citizens appear before the judicial system. Excessive force violates that right by effectively punishing citizens before they are tried.
Justification Law
Federal law limits the times the police may use force. Law enforcement officers may only use force to protect themselves, other citizens or to protect public order. Police use the right to employ force to protect public order when a citizen simply refuses to cooperate with the police.

The Civil Rights Act of 1871 was initially written to protect freed African-Americans in the south from the Ku Klux Klan.
