Say...
Wouldnt an anomalous orbit of the moon change global temps????
FIRE UP YOUR SUV's quick y'all we got to save the planet!!! :owned:

I agree.I know I have gone off the edge at some folks over the Nibiru thing. But I am actually not so closed minded. There could actually be an unknown planet somewhere on the in the Oort Cloud. It is also within the realm of possibility imo for it to be coming closer to our Earth...The thing that gets my goat is the folks who think that it is coming to our inner solar system in the next couple of years or so.Imfukkinpossible.Even my open mind can not conceive of a large planet moving at the speed of light, which it would have to do to get here from there in a year...even worse are those who claim it visits every 3500 years or so.Every single astronomer in the world laughs at the notion in derision because of the impossibility of such an event happening without leaving a gravitational tidal wave in it's wake which would easily be detected....Now if you tell me its a spaceship, and it has near light speed, well then you at least have circumnavigated the enormous distance problem and I am willing to entertain the notion for shits and giggles.
Open mind=Good
Fantasy World= vapid intellect

I totally agree, the maths just don't match up.

There has been some strange things captured, but none have the motion of a large planet. Like you, I could get my head around a large craft of some kind. Those massive object around the sun spring to mind. They looked like they were harvesting energy. Then you have the strange anomalies in the rings of Saturn. It is not to far fetched to conceive a scenario whereby an extremely advanced ET civilization is using our solar system as a means of harvesting energy and resources.
There is also Phobos, which some argue is actually an artificial structure. Now, some might wonder what its purpose would be, but when you think about it, Mars may well have been inhabited by an advanced civilization, but at some point, something happened that greatly destabilised the planet, which affected the gravitational rotation of the planet leading to mass cataclysmic events. Phobos could have been an attempt to create an artificial moon in an effort to regain gravitational equilibrium.

Anyway, interesting stuff.

Everything you said :flop:

To be honest I'm not even sure what "alien" means. Alien to what? The universe is teeming with life.

Any more comments before I let this thread die?
I question everything. I don't believe anything I'm told or anything I see. Prove it, or fuck off. And that's not me I see in the mirror in the morning.

Found a relevant article off of the Harvard web site:
http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2011AJ....142...68I

It says something that agrees with the "Planet-X" theory
...Finally, it is concluded that the extra-acceleration might be of cosmological origin....

Cornell Articles:
http://arxiv.org/abs/1102.0212 says:
A recent analysis of a Lunar Laser Ranging (LLR) data record spanning 38.7 yr revealed an anomalous increase of the eccentricity of the lunar orbit ... ... ... ... ... Thus, the issue of finding a satisfactorily explanation for the anomalous behavior of the Moon's eccentricity remains open.

And a hypothetical scenario involving "object X" in the solar system (wonder why they called it that)
http://arxiv.org/abs/1101.2634

And a direct reference to Planet X from 2009:
