Correlation Implies Causation - Blame the Supermoon!!!

You do get around don't you.
BTW - It's Augusta Road - not Street.
That particular Thai restaurant is good - but too far to travel to during lunch, there is one much closer, but everything is stir fried and greasy, and their noodles all taste like the cheapo Ramon noodles you get from the grocery store.
I have found this place though...
Pho Noodleville
21 Orchard Park Dr, Greenville, SC 29615
The place is a messy dump - but HOLY SHIT they make some good noodles! The key is their broth. Every time I go there I sit in a place where I can see the huge cauldron sitting on the stove, and they just keep adding bones to it - so I imagine the beauty of the broth is in the bone marrow (and lemon grass). And man - you ever had Lumpia? mmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Momma can make some lumpia. They call them spring rolls though - but more like lumpia than the spring rolls we are used to around here.
You always try to come across as the utmost authority on certain issues. I have to wonder about you. You understand. I find you fascinating.
And that damn avatar you use - slays me.

Wow, Doms supermoon thread has stirred you guys up a little huh. (gives dom and myself pat on back). I dont know if the supermoon caused the quake, but it is alot more reasonable that the U.S. attacking one of our closest allies with our little toy in alaska.
There is also that little thing called "Tectonic plate movement" which, if im not wrong, causes most of them. If one of us posted that here, there is no point to disclose TV! That is a very boring conclusion!

My bad, for me street and road is the same and with the speed limit of 25 mph it looks more like a street. The place is in a quiet village (like a strip center), if one is bored to sit in silence, the restaurant is with takeout.spock wrote:You do get around don't you.

You are right, the best food is served in small places mainly known to chosen regular customers. Officially, such places are given two out of five stars and do not attract attention.
Lemon grass is one of the ingredients, my preference is to have basil as well.
Lumpia is really delicious, but with the time I became vegetarian and eat vegetarian lumpia, which is also very tasty. Also, it is my understanding that beer is a vegetarian drink.
Synchronicity became a part of my investigations as I myself had some incidents which are difficult to explain otherwise. The ones who never experienced extraordinary events would easily dismiss such a possibility because it is irrational, it is not scientific and it cannot be replicated. These are single events, sometimes a matter of life and death.
So, concerning the earthquake in Japan, I'm quite convinced it is not the moon that triggered it. But the event itself is abnormal by all standards and it continues to evolve.
The avatar is a photo of a famous singer from the past, there is a good similarity with me, especially in the gesture and the smile.

You said a mouthful there. That is the way I see things as well. We all walk around in our daily lives, thinking we truly understand, until, the rug gets pulled out from under us.
I would love to read your story sometime.
Frank Sinatra is just not what I picture for you, but if you think so - all good.
When I am bored of mine - I'm going for THE MAN!!!!

ok i gotta ask.these supermoon events dont quiet add up date wise to me.that is if what i saw was a supermoon an if it wasnt what the fck was it.ok so aswell as a childhood memory (70's) of a ufo there is one other striking memory i have of this era.playing out with my friends in my street , its summer and its late.its real late as its starting to get dark (uk summer time sun set around 9.30pm).so as you can imagine this is late for a young kid.anyway as we were playing everybody seem to stop and started stareing towards the bottom of the street.the street is on a slope and at the bottom behind houses you get a good panaramic view of a certain part of my city.so what were we all lookin at THE MOON.bright orange and what seemed to a kid that it was that close you could almost touch it.and something even more strange was that it was out of place , instantly we all knew wed never seen the moon there before.and like i said to this day ive never seen a moon as big as that , it was huge.now for the dates i was born in 72 and i was about 8 or 9 when this happend which makes it around 1980.you cant make this shit up all i know is what i saw and it was very real ?
