I thought swelled up dog at first, it did come out of the dog yet it has what looks like finger nails, no fur, humanish legs, and arms, if it was dead it might look like that but it is alive so the arms/legs shouldn't be like that, a dog cannot hold its arms and legs like that upside down, strange..it looks like it is 'meant' to stand upright but seems deformed so I don't think it will be able to unfortunately.

Edit* may have belly button.
