It has 24 minutes to clear out due to the short launch window. I'm watching the radar, if they (we) get this off tonight, I'll be surprised.

They can extend the 4 minute hold one more time, launch window closes at 4:27 so at 4:23 it's either start launch count down or scrub the mission. Try again tomorrow I guess.

Atlas V Rolled Out for Third Launch Attempt (Timelapse)

NASA's RBSP Probes rolled out in their encapsulated fairing atop an Atlas V 401 rocket today at 18:00 UTC. The vehicle was rolled back to the Vertical Integration Facility on Sunday to wait out Hurricane Isaac.

The third attempt of RBSP is scheduled for Thursday August 30th 2012 at 08:05 UTC.
