I did a quick check and this story is nowhere on msm only on other conspiracy sites.
The post I have seen do not give a source to their claims.

As it stands a hoax.
I will see if I can find any thing more concrete on this story.

These stupid hoaxes go way back to 2006 and it always seems to come from the kids at godlikeproductions - seriously - have you read some of the stuff in there? Makes DTV look like national geographic.

Those ancient civilizations didn't try to leave evidence of (something?) for nothing did they?
Ancient man tend to depict what they have experienced or seen (been said over and over many times).

Why not believe Mayan predictions? That date is of importance to them, yet to affect the whole word and to be accompained by something unforgetable - perhaps a cosmis event, natural event or so?

I would not direcly discredit someone, considering level of their mathematics and astrology(maybe astrophysics?) knowledge.

So then I saw this thread, had a bit of read - not many of them make it to so many pages anymore its not here what it used to be, old posters became mods, many new faces, behind some I am recognizing old posters, but can't resemble name, many are new and REALLY edgy. btw.
