If you look into the Quran its mostly the Old Testament with a few missing books and a few added books. If you look at the Torah, same thing. Problem here is, they believe in the turn Saddam and Gamorah into pillars of salt, help David kill Goliath, that told Abraham to sacrifice his son on the alter, that flooded the whole earth once and promises to destroy it again.... but by FIRE! This is a God of angry vengeful men who would shed MUCH blood in his honor and name. Now when Jesus was born, he changed the game.... Turn the other cheek. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. And many other peaceful philosophies. Until they have their first coming (to us the 2nd coming) they will continue the bloodshed. This is a VERY old feud between the houses of Isaac and Ishmael and there's no simple way of ending it as they will not unite anytime soon. However, if you have read revelations then you know it WILL happen, and that will be one of the signs of the end of the world.. The Temple of Jeruselem is being rebuilt as we speak, by the way....
Thanks for the information ph0enix ... your information has put this need for war into a different perspective for me now. The lesson learned when it comes to religious writings, is that if people don't have the whole book to read, to learn what religion is really all about, then they are going to end up misinterpreting what ever part of the book that they are reading, therefore even though they think that they are worshiping a different god than the other religions are worshiping, if you put all of those books together, it ends up being that they are all worshiping the same god. If only they would have gotten the opportunity to enlighten themselves by reading the other parts of the book, so that they would realize that religious wars should never be started.

Obama gave BeBe some kind of time table, so that they wouldn't start a war with Iran, probably because Obama is planning on putting heavier sanctions on Iran. I don't trust Israel enough to believe that they care enough to listen to what Obama has to say. You see how Israel is when it comes to the Gaza Strip.
The sad thing is that Israeli people actually believe they are God's chosen ones. I, on the other hand, believe that the god they are worshiping every day, is an evil god. If not, then why are Israelis killing Palestinian children?
you are not the only one that thinks this way ,any war is a profitable war

Wars have never been about religion or territory or resources.
All the conflicts have come about because of the loss of the self.
The loss of self control; we lash out due to fear.
The loss of self respect, we are not good enough because we are not kings of our world.
The loss of self governance, we have allowed ourselves to be governed by wrong doers, because we have no self respect and no self control.
From birth we have been conditioned to believe in everyone and everything, but our self.
When I speak of the self I am referring to the true self, and not the shadow self (the ego).
The true self has self control, because it has no need for fear. It is the ego which feeds and grows on fear.
The true self has self respect, because it is the king of your world.
The true self is fully capable of governing you, if you just allow it to and stop looking to others.
The current state of affairs is no different, it is history repeating.
I believe in the law of attraction and I see it in action.
When I logged onto DTV tonight, the first news headline I see is the earthquake in Honduras.
This is no coincidence, this is all the negativity surrounding the prospect of war manifesting.
The future is in your hands, it is borne out of your thoughts and feelings, your action and inaction.
If you desire peace then first you must be at peace with the self, the rest will come naturally.

I don't think threads like this should exsist or be encouraged. Its almost like some people are longing for another war. Its kind of sicks and IMO it reflects a disturbing veiw of the side of humanity in which we need to get rid of. I mean its all fun and exciting until its your friends and family dead. If people who have no say in the decisions governments make can post such crap as this, it scares me to think what decisions they would make if they could.

Banksters are stealing people's money and causing wars for profit. They're lining everything up for a war in Iran so that they can profit off the bloodshed and drive everyone else into poverty. Check out the video in the sig for more info and a plan on how to stop them.
If we unite, we can overpower them. Then, we can take back all the money and wealth that they stole and redistribute it. We can cancel all debts and start over with all this wealth. We can also take back the land and redistribute that also, so that nobody needs jobs to survive, because people can grow their own food and produce stuff for themselves. Throw out the bankers and the politicians and start over.
To better understand who is forcing WW3 and why, please see the "Nazi Banksters' Crimes Ripple Effect".
