Crazy blue "dancing" Spheres in Mexico June.05.2011

I stumbled upon this actual vid from Mexico. First thought could be some
guys with blue lamps making fun...but also the dogs are reacting. An indicator
for a outerworldy presence......I post this, because the movements from one blue
object look extraordinary.
