'Criminals now rule the streets', claims police blogger
A serving police inspector has admitted that criminals now rule the streets because unlike police forces, they do not face stringent austerity measures.

The police officer, who writes a blog under the name Inspector Gadget, said that police often face gangs of hardened thugs alone and that their panda cars are "useless" in the fight against crime.
The officer – whose identity has never been revealed – said that after a string of recent ATM raids his colleagues had "no chance" against gangs of gun-toting raiders.
He said that police in "Ruralshire" in southern England are "heavily outnumbered" by the ruthless gangs.
Writing on his blog this weekend he said: "If an insomniac wandering about in the early hours sees such a raid and calls it in, we have to respond.
"When we eventually arrive, single crewed or if we are lucky, double crewed, if the offenders are still there or if we come across the convoy 'making off' we can expect to be met with extreme violence by at least eight hardened criminals.
"They are better armed than us and will ram our family saloon cars off the road in an instant."
"We can't chase a stolen four litre Jeep across the fields in winter in a Ford Focus. The Ford Focus he (the police commissioner) wanted to keep purchasing because it is cheaper.
"There are no austerity measures for the criminal gangs."
He added that police officers caught in the open are often met with baseball bats, iron bars and firearms.
"They will also be heavily outnumbered," he said. "Even if we manage to get one of the counties very few police dogs to respond, the dogs can be stabbed or shot and the handlers beaten half to death.
"With our tiny numbers of police available for such a huge county, our pathetically underpowered vehicles and our uniquely unarmed status, the thieves rule this county at night now, not us.
"Local people don't like it when masked gangs run amok in their village and the local police are powerless to stop it.
"They also don't like seeing their high street smashed to pieces when they wake up in the morning, with a huge hole in the bank and all their money gone."
He compared the "embarrassing" police situation in the UK with continental Europe, asking if anyone could imagine the French, Germans or Spanish allowing such a state of affairs.
The police officer previously said brazen criminals "don't even bother running away" when they see police officers arriving at the scene of a crime.

we know round here its druggies and chavy kids who need a real good slap and the police are nowhere to be seen , :hell: :hell: to busy being a private police force

Criminals have been running the streets for years, with the blessing of most of the corrupt police officers there are, and boy there are a few, infact i would say figures are 1 in 10 are there to help public/make a difference etc, the rest are there for themselves, for what they can get, thugs in uniforms nothing more.

Private security firms will replace the police, for those that can afford it.
Those being the very legal entities that played a large part in the economic situation we find ourselves in.

For sake of argument;
Is this another step towards the growing societal schism, the creation of an upper, and lower level of society? A split of the human race? Where the superrich can afford protection, and the rest are to fend for themselves. Where the former acquires all sorts of technological augmentations, for all intents and purposes forming a new race?

What the UK needs is a new inspiration of a spiritual revelation where the people are taken on a journey of mystery unlocking the mystery of the universe and personal destiny in truth, beauty and goodness. Like going way back to the beginning in a family journey discovering where they come from and where they go with assurance and with confidence and knowing what is right and what is wrong so people would be less inclined to be violent and so forth and would bring peace into the hearts of the people.

I believe the truth sets you free and there is a construct here that can provide for that and will lead individuals to the elysian fields of the tree of life beside still waters.

I think this is just one more unavoidable step in the dying process of an empire.
