okey guys, im collecting information on how to better eyesight and cure short sight and astigmatism.
i need all info you got so i can compile it and help people.
all i know is
- the bates method
- some russian doctor method forgot the name exercises
- watch the sun in morning and dawn
- stop wearing glasses for most of the day at least until permanently
- eye exercises
- billberry
- wolfberry
- eyebright

cmon guys i need all your info.
any tips
any doctors and books you know
i need everything so we can teach people once and for all how to cure eyesight

I could do with some info too, I had laser surgery 8-10 years ago and now its been wearing of at an alarming rate, at this rate i'll be poking the wrong hole :lol: :lol:
