cut out pieces from home video of 9/11!!!????

If u watch this there cutting out the part jst right before the second plane hits the wtc building and when the building collapses...is there any reason why???

most likely time saving cuts, I think it was at least an hour between the first plane hitting & the tower collapsing so maybe they cut it down purposely for sites like youtube etc
