yes there is,we all have an inner cortex or "medulla" i think its called ,left and right lobes are called the reptillion brain cos its more like a reptiles brain,on the inside of the grey matter,and it apparently accounts for the more survivalist instinctual thought process.

Although, it does not show that he is not illuminated with front lights. He is less bright that the surrounding area, but that is why they use diffused key lighting.

How about a video that shows the direction that the subject is facing also?
