Collapse is a series of events that sometimes span years.
Each event increases in volatility over the last event,
but as time goes on these events tend to condition the masses.

no they would not deport you, there are tons of illegals in America.

I always been a US citizen.

there is also that straw-man thing, where people have turned in their citizenship, and are not forced out of the country.

Just saying, anyone know of any real consequences to giving up citizenship these days?

It is a great question and no one has an answer because all the laws support illegal immigrants and all the rhetoric demonizes them; lawmakers do not have an answer.

The only consequence I could see to denouncing citizenship, is that local authorities may be compelled to contact ICE in the event you run amuck with the law. Honestly, with you speaking English, I doubt they will go that far; most likely they will make you stay in jail a couple days until they realize they don't know what to do with you and release you before you begin to build a case to press charges against the Department.

To cover your own ass, I would recommend applying for World Citizenship (receiving your world passport in the process) prior to denouncing citizenship. This way, you have legal documentation that you are a citizen (of the world) residing in the United States of America.

*Harbin posted a video on this a while back, the URL for the office to contact is in that thread*

It seems to me, the case is in favor of illegals and I don't see why one wouldn't. You're right, they won't deport you.

Mep, become a citizen of another country, and THEN renounce US citizenship.

there are people who live in the USA who are not citizens and I am not talking illegal aliens. Poeple have renounced the citizenship and still live and drive, etc.

I dont know everything about all this, but I hope to stir up more discussion on this topic.

I dont think you can be deported or thrown in jail as a 'free man on the land'

I have to look up this world citizenship.

Also how would I become a citizen of another country without living there?? Obviously the main downside would be not being able to travel without a passport, but its not like I leave the country any how.

I see this as a great way to protest our garbage government and its corrupt policies. They want to give non-citizens everything, then lets all become non citizens.
