DHS starts testing domestic spy drones

It seems as technology progresses devices get smaller and smaller and that goes for drones as well. According to Wired, mini-drones are being tested in Oklahoma in program known as Robotic Aircraft for Public Safety and it will be used for aerial surveillance. So what exactly is this program for? Amie Stepanovich, associate litigation counsel for EPIC, fills us in on what's really going on with aerial surveillance.
