Diego Garcia island?

A buddy of mine from college times told me something quite interesting yesterday, apparently there is a bigfoot or few on diego garcia island, i googled the place, it turns out to be a military base and then it kind of dawned on me, i called him back to find out how does he know this stuff, you cant get on the island unless youre a uniform, he says that he dated an officer that was stationed there for 2 years and guess what ,they know about the creatures,they tested them, theyre even working on something called project lemura or lemuria or lemurya im not sure i was on the phone so the spelling might not be accurate. I was researching some stuff online. I know you guys know a lot of stuff so im wondering if anybody heard of this island at all and whats going on there?

I would take that claim with a grain of salt..and if by some chance there were bigfeets on that teeny tiny little island....

They would all be clinically insane.

That little island houses the most active bomber wing in the entire western world, and there are Bigfeets there, not only are they insane, they are likely stone deaf.

The B2 and Stealth fighters/bombers are the loudest planes ive ever heard in my life, and they take off and land from that island 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

On the other hand, a stone deaf bigfoot might be a good thing, bc at least then you could sneak up on them to tranq em.

Probably the name he was meaning. It would fit the island concept and with big foot as a creature from another land.

Not saying it is true just that I bet that was the name.
