Once in a while I get a a poison DNS cashe attack (something like that) and I always write down the ISP... they show as in the parking lot... in a heavily wooded area... in Kansass, in germany, just weird places... so I dump all cashe... do a through CClean and reboot.. and I dont see anything bizarre that I have to piss with... so Im damn lucky and juts love my firewall/security to pieces... saved my ass more then once, thats for sure...

I can prove these attacks and I can post the ISPs... if anybody wants to have some fun in their spare time.

There's been a few times over the last several weeks I found it quite difficult to "get in" here. I just thought they did server maintenance or something...

Crudeness and lack of finesse using ddos suggest that no goverment agencies are involved. They move in and out undetected.

I agree with you that they move in and out like 'ghosts', IF they want...

Do you have any idea about the amount of rudimentary attacks DTV avoids per day?

According to this line of thought, DTV would suffer daily basis crashes! Or do you think the number of discontent people is that small? Ex members, rival sites, nutjobs and wackos....There is a long list of people willingly happy to see DTV going down, bud. As well as a list of people willingly happy to see it fully op.!

Same, at first I thought it was my shitty UK internet, but was definately not my end. :peep:

Over the past week it got so bad I was worried the site wasn't paying its bills and was gonna go under or something...

this could be a tactic ,make a attack look dumb ,,,it point fingers elsewhere ,,if you want to disrupt anything you use overt and covert tactics overt being the smokescreen ,,disclose tv is monitored as its considered a place where anti establishment views are aired ,,and no matter how smart anyone thinks they are ,they know us and who we are ,names, addresses , etc , fact , keyword-loggers are active on all internet social sites and forums ,gchq has a wing dedicated to internet monitoring
