Just ignore "1 teaspoon Vegeta" . It's Croatian local spice mix, and i guess you won't find it easily in the USA.

As far as mussels go, cook them separately in salty water until they open. The shells, i mean. After that just add them to shrimp buzara and let simmer for a while.
