Do terrorist have gotten their hands on "black death" virus?

Lets just assume for arguments sake that al Qaeda got hold of this virus via the former USSR.
I once saw this documentary on discovery or nat geo about this island in one of the former USSR's states, on this Island there had been a laboratory in which all kinds of stuff was going on supposedly also germ warfare projects.
There was even footage with some locals going there to try and find any thing of value and they showed that there were all kinds of bottles and sealed test tubes with the most horrible diseases just mentioned on them.
As it is common knowledge that the US and the USSR have samples of the "plague" and I even remember there being this story of the USSR having a -at that time- incurable strain of the plague, it makes me wonder if these al Qaeda operatives released the virus accidentally on their own compound or maybe not even accidentally but just to see if it was the "Real thing".
Who knows?
Of course there are already stories going about the internet that the US is using this virus against them but I think the US would just bomb the place and get it over with, because that's just more up their alley.

I don't worry about foreign terrorists because I know the real source of *most* terrorism is Washington. These people have me seriously worried.

Right now, the federals are doing an inventory of state resources. Personally, I hope those in charge of the states are doing an inventory of federal resources.

In my opinion terrorism is also like a 2 way thing. who is terrorist for whome? if provoked even a mouse is willing to die fighting an elephant.
the people who bomb innocent are terrorist.
the people who kill innocent unwarrented are terrorist.
let everything go by... in Pakistan border area a group of about 125 innocent men-women and childrens were hit n killed by a missile fired by US and as they say by mistake and Mrs Hillery clinton aknowledged and appologise. Thats all...? now for those who were killed without any reasons........ who is a terrorist ?
One thing if u all try to study is... which country's mighty military forces goes out of its border to other countries on one pretex or other and kill thousnads of innocent people by all horrible means yet they r on top of the world as might is right.
anyway... all my point was who is terrorist for whome ?
the second thing to pounder is... recently the oil prices shoot up beyond anyones reasoning power.... then the food prices went up sky rocketting while the oil prices dropped down and then the financial crisis suddenly emerged and now we r faced with all sorts of almost uncurable unknown diceses of various kind. Not one country... not one group of population.... but the whole world is effected and each individual human is afraid of these unkown happening and creeping upon them.
who are and where are the hidden hands. Alistair Maclin's book titled FEAR IS THE KEY" is worth reading and "THE CRASH of 79" and a book by
Irwin wallace" RED STORM RISING " are a few litratures where many things were written exactly as they happen but befor they actually happend. HOW...how they knew what is going to happen this way. U dont have to belive my words but u gotta read even one of those book and u will know what I mean. I beilve the world is being deceived by a handfull .
I have many examples of so called terror attacks which need rethinking who is doing what for what ? If ever one can read Mumbai local 6 train bomb attack and the timings and media coverage... deep read all those happening and u will start to see the actual things unfolding slowly.

Unfortunately, the US has a heritage of state-sponsored-terrorism for at least 60 years (not counting crimes against North American Indians). Our government has consistantly overthown democratically elected goverments and installed dictatorships. We have supported death squads, torture, disappearances, drug smuggling and massive quantities of other criminal conduct.

When the US government provokes or invades foreign nations, I've come to point that I automatically start looking for their "angle" (how they profit). All our corporate "news" has decended to the point where it is nothing more than government propaganda. It does appear that a small group is calling the shots.....

How Fxxxxx True.

And remember one mans terrorists is another mans freedom fighter. The U.S. were classed as terrorists in the 1700s by the British because they wanted independance and fairness. There would be no terrorism in the world if it were a fair society but it ain't and you and I know that terrorism is just an excuse to have an enemy. Having an enemy creates lots of money, fear and control. But me thinks that on a millenia timescale it is coming to an end, one way or another.

I agree with both of you, terrorism is a point of view.I mean if you kill a mans wife and children and he straps a bomb on and retaliates on soldiers for it, he is a terrorist? But the killing of his wife and kids are justified?!

Also I like to point out that today's American military teaches that the American founding fathers were, you guessed it, TERRORISTS! LOL! Washington was a terrorist leader. The same people who made these idiots FREE are now looked at as enemies!!!!!

Goes to show you how fucked up our country really is. But in all honesty they are following the book, "1984" with all this double speak and crap.

the plague (black death) can be treated with antibiotics ...... its not really a threat to developed countries ... not sure about weaponized plague though
now if they had ebola (hemorrhagic fever)then i would start to get worried
