i like that vid, i also... am the son of a man who has played with the berlin philharmonic for over 30 years, and i gotta tell you, if you haven't heard some of that music, i can understand why you can't and don't believe in anything "good", or "higher" (be it jesus, or otherwise),

but... when you do! when you hear the music that fills that spot, well it's just like "oh, i knew something missing but *sniff* i didn't know it was THAT!"
(like, how can someone's soul be so beautiful? e.g wagner and beethoven, beethoven wen't DEAF when he composed some of his BEST PIECES! and guess what? they sound like the angels themselves came down to guide his pen as he was composing them,
the universe was like "but beethoven! You're deaf! You can't hear anything! Stop composing, it's against the rules! And he was like, naw, later god!".

then there are the many requiems and concerts and... these are the peaks of civilization from before the wars, before we commited collective cultural suicide and killed ourselves.

you can hear and see it in the music, and man, there is something NOBLE, something, that is just MISSING today. from that time.

I don't care which role model you take as your own, there is something, far higher, far grander, within you, untapped as of yet, which is waiting to be unleashed, and this is it, to which we all reffer when we stop blaspheming and disbelieving, when we stop profaning the name of those great individuals who came here to really DO something, and were serious.

i will repeat again: the only reason people mock and make posts like this is because they actually WANT TO see, but they can't and or are too lazy, so they ask others, show me, please, show me something to believe in, by mocking, and poking around, they wanna check and see, what is real?

you have to believe it to see it, and you have to experience it for yourself.

lemme just say, you can remove all your prejudices by rigorous mental exercise (logic chopping), but once you are finished with "philosophy" (in its degraded form now), that is where spirituality and "seeing" begins. that is where the walk and sight of faith, starts.

call it what you will, that is where "more than just life..." starts.

So you post your videos, mocking things, but you don't see, do you? There is wonderful truth behind and in the word of shakespeare, but they are only a mirror of the universal wisdom, also contained in the bible. And as much as you mock things, that is as desperate as you yourself are for some kind of truth and sincere emotion/ direction.

but, BUT, on the level of myth, genuflection, and inward significance, clearly it does hold great sway over many millions of people, and so, should at least be attempted to be understood, if not, respected.

I mean, at the very FUCKING LEAST, from a secularists perspective, you have to "do the numbers" and see how things add up. and that's if you're totally shut off to the other possibilities, that's if you insist on materialism (existence is a big accident; consciousness is a disease).

But the thing is, most people who mock others, don't really believe anything at all themselves, they just wanna point out, it's all bullshit, whatever anyone else says, and for that to be acknowledged, eh? Well here's me saying: Yes, yes there is great fakery that goes on, but if you dig deep WITHIN YOURSELF, you can find truth. And that's what everyone has told us to do. so do it.

I don't know if Jesus was real but the notion of Jesus is very real. The most real thing we have ever known.

However as time has passed by and technology has become our new God the belief in the notion of Jesus has dwindled.

I have created the graph below to explain my point visually.

Is it possible the powers that be over a long period of time have given us something tangable to believe in so that we might stop believing in the truth.?

I don't know. It would be hard for anyone to claim to know.
