It is hard to describe this... but let me try.

I sometimes find myself in everyday life having a quick thought that I would never feel... Like even after some positive experiences, such as after I get a tip, a thought like: What a fatty, what a scumbag, or what a ho... Then immediately after, I find myself wondering why had that thought cross my mind at all. I really try not to be judgmental, and to love everyone, and understand that we all have maturing to do... But I don't feel the thoughts that cross my mind... I don't know... I'm not crazy, its just hard to describe this. Does anyone experience these sorts of thoughts?

I completely understand those feelings.

I worry that sometimes I can just as easily put a slug in someones face as I could flash them a peace sign.

I chalk it down to human nature and what we decide to ACT upon seperates us from animals.

Your awareness of your minds incessant judgemental chatter is a good sign.
The more you realise it is operating like this, the less often it will occur.
