i had it ,but it never worked for me ,,some people say it worked for them ,but they wanted to believe it was good for them and were into the eastern medicinal thing ,,so i guess belief might play a part in it

YES!!!!!!!!

I fully endorse it!

(and yes, it does not feel good :P )

But for me, I found that acupressure works better.. and I can do it on myself.

I had it done a couple of times.

It worked for me. I had training related trauma injuries (sprained shoulder - strained intercostals (sp?) )

Basically, the effect was that I had a decrease in swelling and a limited resumption of muscle utility. I promise you that it was better than ice and ibuprofen.

Yes, I had a full body acupuncture done, along with relieving stress and relaxing muscles, it seemed to put my over all state of being higher. For 3 weeks or so afterwards I was endlessly energized all day, just full of life in the most sense of happiness and mellowness. It's pretty legit man.

I get this MADDENING restless leg thing going on when I sit on the couch at night before bed. I think I would relax better if a bullet went through it. I've wondered about acupuncture for something like that as well.
ATHEISM:
The belief there was once absolutely nothing. Nothing happened to the nothing until the nothing exploded into everything. Then all of the exploded everything rearranged itself, into self-replicating bits which turned into dinosaurs.

Certain vitamin deficiencies can do that, as well as your back being out. But I know better than to encourage you to try the chiropractor...
