Does the BP oil spill fulfill Biblical prophecy?

It appears that after 85 days, British Petroleum has stopped the Gulf Oil Leak. But the question remains, did this fulfill the Biblical prophecy of The Revelation 8:8? The Govt has closed 1/3 of the Gulf to fishing. 1/3 of the fishing boatings have been rendered useless. Have 1/3 of the creatures been killed or are doomed? For me, "YES!" It satisfies the prophecy. We won't have to do it again and make it worse.
