By far the best bang for the buck is an ego battery with an evod tank. Less than $20 for the battery and $8 for the tank. I now have 2 tanks and 3 batteries. Plus a tornado I went with for the first month. My equipment paid for itself in less than 6 weeks.

I 2nd this. I use the same one. Smoked for 10 years, quit 2 1/2 months ago, easy as pie, with the vape. Already down to no nic e-juice and pretty much don't even feel like smoking. These devices are the quit method humanity has been looking for, so of course big tobacco wants them shut down. If you think quite a few Senators haven't received phone calls from lobbyists to shut this industry down you're on something worse than vape smoke.

As an ex-smoker of three years my advise to current smokers is to not rely on a substitute product to fill the gap.

You are trying to give up nicotine which is what smoking is all about and replace it with a more addictive way of taking in into your body.
Nicotine is more addictive than heroin, so why the fuck would you replace your intake of nicotine with a more refined and direct product that you are trying to give up. You either are a non-smoker or you still smoke. Or should I say you take nicotine into your body in a slightly different way. No in between option that is only kidding your self. How long do you think it will be before the price of Vapour products will catch up with cigs...As for as the government is concerned the more profitable the sellers of Vapour products the better it is for them as they get their tax by a different route. But they still get their tax. They will have to start clamping down on very small sales outlets so they can get their full amount of tax....Shop pay up front when they buy tobacco lets just see how the laws change to catch all the small sellers.
I question everything. I don't believe anything I'm told or anything I see. Prove it, or fuck off. And that's not me I see in the mirror in the morning.

You have a point. If you simply just switch the method but don't address the actual addiction, then vaping is just smoking with out smoke. However, you don't wear the patch or chew the gum for life. These are accepted quitting methods that use the cycle down methodology. Vaping can be done the same way. I started with the 24 mg nic juice then every two weeks stepped down to the next. It was cake. As far as safety, or considering these no better than smoking, I look at it like this:

I used to smoke a pack a day. That's $5 bucks a day. Now imagine ripping all of those 20 cigs open and dumping them into a glass. All of that tobacco into your lungs everyday. With vaping, i bought a 1 oz bottle for $8. It lasts almost two weeks and the "volume" of "smoke" into my lungs isn't even comparable. And yes, I do expect the government to get there hands on it and mess it up for everyone. Hard to sell the need for Obamacare, if the money draining lung cancer victims weren't bumping up costs.

Heres a tip if you wish to stop smoking

toss a full pack on the dash and do not touch it

quiting smoking is a matter of will (not willease , sorry)
you have to change the programming in your head
and quiting is the first great thing you can quit

you can go on to other things like quitting porn
and quitting politics

learning to quit is a great step in your own self controll
I quit the pot and drugs 30 years ago after they booted
me from drug rehab in the millitary (i asked what was wrong with pot)

I ended up quitting wives and jobs, then finaly smoking marlborros
just a few short years ago.

and that pack on the dashboard, that becomes stale and toxic
if you actualy smoke one (i did) it was so nasty I diddent want another

learn to be the master programmer of your own life
