“Don’t panic – there’s no 2012 apocalypse… but the aliens may come”

Don’t panic… 2012 won’t bring the end of the world – it’s the start of a new era of enlightened living across the world.

That’s the belief of North Wales prophecy buff Malcolm Yates who believes the fears whipped up about Ancient Mayan writings are based on a misunderstanding of the texts.

Malcolm, 52, who works by day as a health and wellbeing advisor, said that the end of the ancient 5,125 year calendar on December 21 did not mean the end of the world.

“The Mayan prophecy never said that if was going to be the end of the world, just the end of this age. And we’ll move on to the next age, the Aquarian age,” said Malcolm.

“We all know that famous 1960s song Aquarius, where they sing about peace and love – that’s what it’s going to be like. Not an apocalyptic and cataclysmic event, nothing aggressive about it, it’s all good
news.”

Although the Mayans did not predict Armageddon, archeologist Dr Michael Coe studied the ancient texts in the 1960s and put forward the idea that they suggested some kind of cataclysmic incident when the calendar resets itself to 0.0.0.0 on the winter solstice next week.

The Mayans created a civilisation stretching from central Mexico down into what is today Honduras, Belize and El Salvador.

Their earliest traces have been dated back to as early as 2,600BC – at the same time as some of the earliest European bronze age cultures like the Minoans in Crete – however peak of Mayan life was from AD 250 to AD 900.

In their calendar, next Friday is the last day of the 13th bak’tun, or 144,000-day cycle, and the ancient Mayans saw the end of the 13th bak’tun as the end of a full cycle of creation.

However Malcolm said it was Hollywood’s fault that this had been turned into an apocalyptic event.

He said: “The prophecy has become skewed to a large degree by what I assume to be the mainstream media.

“People shouldn’t assume that the newspapers and the television bulletins give us the right information about what’s occurring in the world.”

The 54 year-old also believes that we have intergalactic neighbours who have been watching over us and during the next age will come to earth to guide us to a higher existence.

He added: “ They are a covert elite group that work within the hierarchies and institutions on our planet. These are the people who run the media, the governments, the pharmaceutical companies and the arms dealers. They’ll be removed.

“Movies such as Battle Los Angeles, War of the Worlds and Alien give a wholly wrong depiction of an aggressive extra-terrestrial life force out there.

“They really are other human beings which look exactly like us and who have been watching over us, keeping us safe. It’s absolutely impossible for us to enter into nuclear war, the nuclear war heads have been powered down. We should feel very blessed to be protected by them.

Malcolm says he isn’t the only person who believes that December 21 will mark the dawning of a new, enlightened era,

“There are millions of people now aware of this phenomenon,” he added. “It’s not a collective, it’s just people awakening to reality, finding themselves. They are recognising that they have been asleep to the tyranny around them.”

December 21 is not the first date which was predicted to be the end of the world, it was touted by many that Nostradamus thought that the year 2000 would end civilisation as we knew it, plunging us into a Doomsday.

people are not afraid of aliens anymore, the fear mongering already failed. why? because everybody knows an independence day scenario wouldnt make sense. i guess such advanced beings have no need for any kind of aggression. even if they wanted the planet they didnt even need to set one foot on it to get it.

so bring it on! my guess is the quarantine ends on 21st, we'll see how it goes on :)

...and i finally want my flying saucer!

Cheers Guys, I liked reading that part that they wont allow a nuclear war, i to think this because of all the disarmaments of nuclear warheads on military bases which we have seen over the years, if they are already here which i suspect some are it makes sense that they to would not want a nuclear war, best case scenario the Fema camps do a 360 about turn and all the bad mofo's get locked in them places instead of the free thinkers like us, the voices of truth brigade :hugging:
