Ok sorry, but is it only my bullshit meters going crazy here!?

Is this what they're saying?

1) All that funding we raised went into a bum deal.
2) But we've got a 1000 page "explicit" document about new energy sources, but we can't tell you about it. But boy, is it great!
3) We need "several million dollars" to put what's in the document into effect
4) We really need anyone to come forward with some designs/prototypes of this technology
5) We really want YOU to be completely transparent with us about your designs, because the future of humanity depends on it. (regardless of point number 2)
6) No but seriously,we really really really want someone to come forward with some working designs for the technology we've already got contracted from someone else and have claimed to have access to for quite a while.
7) Everyone who's worked with us before has been turned against us or has completely fooled us about their designs, so now we need you to step forward.
8) We're getting death threats and all that yeah, but we really want you to come forward with "clean" independant funds (yeah we could ask governments but meh...we would prefer your money) but please come and work openly with us on the designs we've already got, or any designs you've got, or that anyone's got really....please.......please give us your designs and money so we can save humanity....even though we've already had your money and claim to have the designs.....please.......

Nah, that's pretty much what they said. My -meter is at least reacting to this whole story.....
