Actually i think it is turning into a microcosm of the nature of DTV.

I originally started it with in mind, to those who complain and bitch about DTV, there is one thread i'm thinking of in particular recently, that hawk locked, and helped the fellow out the door.
The idea being, if you have a complaint, pull the tab (pin on the grenade) and wait, someone will service you soon, and Boom.
I thought it was pretty self evident.

Instead it has deteriorated into misunderstandings and randomness. Much like DTV

I think the upload limit should be increased to 1gb. I know this is expensive however the revenues an implementation like that would bring in would be great, as you would see an increase in uploads and a dramatic increase in add related clicks.

Obviously the messaging system needs to be updated, so it works on all browsers.

I would be happy to see a decrease in the waiting time between posts.

I think a user rating system on posts would be a good idea as it generates user feedback, and gives posters something to work towards as in greater heights.

A running tally of the most popular non bash threads listed in its own topic section called most popular. Where those here who work hard and constantly on their threads can be recognized for their combined work.

I also think a prestige system would be a great idea (no not like cod), like say for instance the colour around a users avatar is related to use and time posting, also based on ratings. As well as more titles as people progress through posting ranks.

There are loads of things that can be done.

The one thing I would not like to see, is the new phpbb forum look, which looks a lot cheaper than the layout here currently. By that I mean the look of the forum and how things look when posted. Everything here is refined and looks well, the new updated forum layout that phpbb looks like (at least in terms of the way it looks when you post) is not quite so good. However all of that is changeable I believe through settings.

I look forward to the launch, and think that the longer spent refining it, then the better it will be.
