WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2012 Angiolini and Bowen - Update

At present, official responses are being awaited about Sheriff Principal Bowen`s failure to disclose details of his long-term boardroom acquaintance with Elish Angiolini and about the complaint made about the latter over the alleged theft of public funds.

In the case of the former, the Scottish Law Reporter provided an excellent updated report on 7th February and there has been a very good article about the trial, prior to the uncovering of Bowen`s concealment, in the UK Column on 25th January, stating its opinion that Scotland is now, unsurprisingly, Europe`s paedophile capital. It certainly seems to be the only country that I am aware of where the powers-that-be tacitly support the rape of its own children and the disabled.

Other helpful pieces and films have also appeared in the public domain.

With regard to Angiolini`s refusal to cooperate with the Queen`s appointed officer over the payments to Levy & McRae, Sergeant Hogg, of Central Police, has informed me today that it has now been passed to Lothian & Borders, as the alleged crime was believed to have been committed in that area.

This matter should not take long to resolve. All Angiolini has to do to establish her innocence is to provide proof that she paid the law firm out of her personal funds, although this was something she felt unable to do when questioned on this very issue by the Freedom of Information Commissioner over a six-month period.

Finally, whilst I am a great advocate of free speech and freedom of expression, I have noticed that the comments section is sometimes being used as a vehicle for expressing forceful views about persons and issues not directly connected to the subject of the blog. Therefore, I would appreciate it if those concerned would be courteous enough to restrict their views by relating them to the content of the blogs on this site.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2012
Angiolini and Levy & McRae
Central Police has now confirmed that the investigation related to an alleged misappropriation of public funds involving Elish Angiolini and Peter Watson, of Levy & McRae, has been passed to the CID.

With regard to Angiolini`s ten-year boardroom connection with Sheriff Principal Bowen, it has proved difficult to ascertain exactly who was responsible for allocating my case to him. I have been informed that the application for a sheriff to adjudicate was passed to Sir Stephen Young, Sheriff Principal for Grampian, Highland and Islands.

Sir Stephen is also a commissioner for the Northern Lighthouse Board.

Finally, thank you to everyone who has been kind enough to offer their best wishes and prayers for me next Friday at Stonehaven. I would also like to extend my appreciation to those who may be able to make the journey there to witness and support me.

Of course, what may happen to me is not really of major consequence. What is important is to bring to justice those who committed such appalling crimes against Hollie and other children, which in itself will help to prevent further unspeakable sufferings at the hands of those perpetrators still at large.

Is there a senior political figure in Scotland with sufficient courage and compassion to stand up and demand an inquiry?

Dunblane (4)

Robert reports that the file on Elish Angiolini opened at Dunblane on 25th January, having been passed up to Lothian & Borders Police, then across to Central Police where it was allocated Crime Reference Number CS-20120125-0112 by Sergeant Hogg, then back to Lothian & Borders has finally touched down again in Dunblane, where it is being handled by the CID, as Robert was informed yesterday.

Don’t ask me to explain the mysteries of this trajectory – as usual I call upon anyone in Scotland to help us out here. Are we getting anywhere? Well CID sounds promising, doesn’t it.

PM heads north for crisis talks with Alex Salmond over Scottish independence poll plans

David Cameron will travel to Scotland this week for crisis talks with Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond over plans for Scottish independence.
The Prime Minister will make the journey to the Scottish nationalist leader’s ‘back yard’ despite demands by Tory MPs that he summon Mr Salmond to London instead.
He is set to travel north for the showdown on Thursday, after the First Minister meets Scottish Secretary Michael Moore on Monday.

Heading north: David Cameron, the Prime Minister, will travel to Edinburgh for talks with Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond over independence

t will be the first meeting between the two leaders since the SNP leader announced plans to hold a referendum in the autumn of 2014.
The date of the poll has been set to capitalise on the 700th anniversary of the Battle of Bannockburn, Scotland’s greatest military victory over the English.
The summit has been called in an attempt to diffuse an ongoing constitutional crisis, with Westminster insisting the SNP administration at Holyrood does not have the legal power to hold a referendum.
Mr Cameron is expected to take a tough line with Mr Salmond over plans for the referendum.

The Prime Minister will insist there should only one yes or no question on Scottish independence, while Mr Salmond has flirted with offering voters a say on whether the country should gain greater powers of devolution, known as ‘devo max’.
The coalition is demanding that the Electoral Commission watchdog have a final say over whether the referendum question is fair, while the First Minister says the Commission have only an advisory role.
The UK Government is also standing in the way of Mr Salmond’s attempts to hand 16 and 17-year-olds the vote, with polls suggesting that support for the break-up of Britain is stronger among youngsters.
Mr Cameron is, however, expected to give way on the timing of the referendum, which now seems certain to be held in autumn 2014.
But a bullish Mr Salmond is unlikely to accept any demands from Westminster, and he has vowed to press ahead with his plans regardless.

Bullish: Some of Cameron's allies have warned the PM not to meet Salmond in Edinburgh, but to summon him to Westminster instead

Some of Mr Cameron’s allies are of the view that he should not meet Mr Salmond in Edinburgh since it only strengthens the impression that he and Mr Salmond are equals, something likely to fuel the drift to independence.
But aides say the Prime Minister believes he needs to show that he represents the whole country.
‘David sees himself as Prime Minister of the entire United Kingdom,’ said a source. ‘It is right that he shows himself in all parts of the UK.’
The First Minister has been pressing for the summit since the start of the year, and claims the Prime Minister refused six different requests to meet him over recent months.
Downing Street has been reluctant to confirm details of Mr Cameron’s trip because they have been fighting to persuade Mr Salmond to meet first with the Scottish Secretary Michael Moore.
Their meeting was initially arranged for last month.
Mr Moore was then struck down with chicken pox, and the talks are now scheduled for Monday morning at the Scottish Government’s St Andrew’s House headquarters in Edinburgh.
Mr Salmond added that he wanted to talk to those who were 'making the decisions'.

For the avoidance of doubt :rtft:

In light of some incorrect speculation elsewhere, Anne Greig has asked me to make a brief statement with regard to the status of this website.

There had been a decision taken some time ago by Anne Greig to engage a number of professional bodies to assist and advise her in the operational running of the Hollie Demands Justice Campaign, this website being just one element of that campaign.

I am therefore pleased to tell you that this website is now under the professional site management of PDPS Internet Prime, (we have been providing the hosting services to the HDJ campaign since November 2011), which now allows Anne and her legal team the time to concentrate on her legal battles and campaign strategies without having to worry about the site.

We have also been asked to provide Webmaster and Administration services under our Private Client Hosting package, working to a strict criteria laid down by the Campaign team which we were delighted to undertake.

This service also provides:
24 hour site security monitoring.
Website Data backup and recovery.
Site mirroring on 4 continents and other security features.
Provision of daily and weekly statistical data.
Provision of daily and weekly access logs.
Provision of daily and weekly violation logs.
Provision of daily and weekly remedial reports.

For the first time Anne Greig now has a complete picture of all activity on her campaign website, providing her with better decision making data. Over the coming months you will see a number of new authors who are going to be giving their time to assist in the production of news reports and new website material, and the site will also be expanding its range of reporting, utilising new ‘in the field’ technology to bring you information about Hollie and the campaign as quickly as possible.

The Hollie Demands Justice campaign have also opted to engage our Internet Footprint Tracking services. This provides for the tracking and tracing of site violators and some of the more vitriolic commenter’s and detractors. The IFT service has also been extended temporarily to the Robert Green blogspot as an assistance measure.

The bulk of the IFT service is undertaken by the close examination and analysis of server, routing and network logs, complimented by other commercially available investigative tools, remaining completely within the margins and framework of UK law. The IFT service uses analysts based in the US.

This campaign has suffered badly in the past with distractions, lies, misinformation and worse. Now there will be detailed reports provided to the campaign team as and when required that may result in site blocking for some violations, abuse reports to ISP’s and the authorities and/or legal action for the more persistent or extreme cases.

Full editorial control as always remains with the HDJ Campaign. The full site moderation policy will be enforced vigorously at all times as per our instructions.

The objective of all the measures and policies now in place is to ensure a stable web environment for the campaign team to work within, whilst offering supporters a focused fact based campaign site without the distraction and hyperbole found elsewhere.

If you have any queries as to the operation of this site, we can be contacted directly by selecting Webmaster on the Contact Us page link in the top toolbar, as can other members of the campaign team.

Thank You
Ian Parker-Joseph
