Earth used to be Tiamat... and that pre-dates the Sumerian Text... so yes, earth was hit by Nibiru but it did little to the very large, super condensed brown dwarf. It may have damaged their atmosphere and therefore they needed earth's gold to re-stabilize it. But even in their text they say that happened way before they came to earth. So they were alive and well after Nibiru hit Tiamat.

In the X-brief, I wrote the last great cataclysm was in 1587 B.C., (according to a science editor) that's when the Mastedon's went extinct and the great lakes were formed, Biblical Exodus, etc.

Given the 3,600 year ellipse recorded by the Sumerians, that would put Nibiru's return in 2013 or possibly the end of 2012 ie. Dec 21, 2012.
