European Parliament issues warnings on HAARP

“HAARP is a project of which the public is almost completely unaware, and this needs to be remedied.”

One of the most damning statements in the document reveals an American refusal to account for itself regarding HAARP research:

“[The European Parliament]… regrets the repeated refusal of the United States Administration to send anyone in person to give evidence to the public hearing or any subsequent meeting held by its competent committee into the environmental and public risks connected with the high Frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) programme currently being funded in Alaska.”

Probably a coincidence but If you check the power out put of the HAARP you will find it has been active during ALL of the last four major earthquakes. Starting with the Japanese 9.0 on the 11th of March .

Im still on the fence about whether or not HAARP was responsible for the Japan EQs, only because Japan is an area that already experiences quakes on a regular basis. I've seen some pretty damning evidence against HAARP both on this site and other places and it seems obvious that they are behind alot of things. But with new information coming to light every day (statistics such as above, apparent upsides for American/Globalist businesses and corporations) I am starting to lean more and more against HAARP.. But what can people do against something that can destroy whole cities and regions?

I'm not a big beliver in HAARP, that it is responsible for the things spoke of on this site and others...the facilities themselves look anti-quated and run down and sparsely staffed.
What i do belive in though is that the technology exists to instigate eartquakes. For me HAARP is a distraction from the real technologies that exist. HAARP is old, like the stealth bomber.

I tend to agree with you buddy , evil would have to be redefined if this technology is being used to produce seismic effects .

I suggest you go to the HAARP Fluxgate Magnetometer site and punch in dates yourself .

With our currency on the verge of hyper-inflation and losing its status as the world's reserve currency to (surprise, surprise!) the Japanese Yen, it's no wonder their economy was destroyed by a massive 'natural' disaster.

Just in the nick of time, too. God forbid the Bushes, Clintons and Obamas should be forced to re-structure their portforlios. Oh, wait! They aren't poor. All their holdings are in gold.

What's my name got to do with being taken seriously? I have liberal views on drug use which, by the way, I take seriously. I challenge to a debate anyone who thinks any drug should be illegal.

The 2010 Haiti earthquake was a catastrophic magnitude 7.0 Mw earthquake, with an epicentre near the town of Léogâne, approximately 25 km (16 miles) west of Port-au-Prince, Haiti's capital. The earthquake occurred at 16:53 local time (21:53 UTC) on Tuesday, 12 January 2010.

You can see there is activity between the 11th and 12th , so there is a correlation , but it may be measuring cme's on the ionosphere just as they claim .

Unfortunately, tis the way of this mind matrix my friend. You're completely free to call yourself whatever you want. I too am all for 'illegal' drugs to be made legal. Certainly the big pharma concotions kill more people that any amount of illegal drugs. Turns out it seems the deaths, largely from 'illegal' drugs are because of the added components when the drug is cut, these are causing the complications/deaths NOT the actual compunds that make you feel good. :think:
