I have always been a big GM fan but when they crushed the EV1's I lost a lot of respect for them. It was a step backwards for them in my opinion just to make the oil companies happy. It was even more evident when they sold the copyrights for the NIMH batteries to big oil.
Now GM has come out with the Volt hybrid which I think will flop in sales. I dont think most EV1 fans will be happy till GM puts out a second upgraded version of the EV1. :roll:
We the unwilling led by the totally unqualified have done so much for so long with so little are now qualified to do everything with nothing. Miracles take five minutes extra.

After seeing this it will be awhile before I even think about buying GM again!

different from the usual pindz, but very good post. I really want this car now after watching that video. this goes to show me that not only have we already had fully electric cars, but they actually work, and they can go just as fast as regular cars and pull the same...

we need this technology now, it would save hundreds if not thousands in gas savings for the average consumer..
