That was Royal Rife's tech. There have been people who have reproduced his research but failed to cure the diseases in question. It has nothing to do with Chi - which isn't static electricity.

Yes, my friend's father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer 9 months ago. Using a pulsed frequency machine (combined with a raw, whole food diet) he is now considered free from cancer. The machine that was used is called Ondamed. (http://www.ondamed.net/) I recently bought one and use it as a preventative health device.

Every human being has cancer cells in their body. Most people don't even know they have cancer cells because their immune system safely and easily kills their cancer cells as they form.
