Following Friday's federal judge approval for the Army Corps of Engineers to breach a Mississippi River levee in rain-drenchd southeastern Missouri, residents in the New Madrid Seismic Zone vicinity who are concerned about increased seismic, tornado and flooding activities will find no joy in George Ure's finding's released Saturday after he combined impacts of flooding with present HAARP indicators.

Because it is well known that heavy rains and flooding weigh down on seismic faults and can trigger quakes, plus it is becoming better known that weather modification is in use in the United States, some residents in the New Madrid vicinity are feeling jittery.
