Extra load on the grid??

Hi peeps.
Anyone else in the UK noticing their power/lights dimming for a second several times each evening? For about a week now.
I know the power grid switches over etc, but that is usually just once. No loose connections either. Ok, I admit, I can't check the connection in the street.
I must be bored. Just chattin shit.
