not to get off subject, but a movie i saw recently with tons of weird stuff in it (tron legacy). check that one out if you haven't seen it yet. they even have a scene that straight up rips a scene from 2001 space odyssey .

i might do a video on it if i get some time.

Kubrick simply made a mishmash movie out of known pseudo-occult sources. Nothing special.
