A more accurate observance of cholesterol.
This is an older video, but I thought it was relevant, as I still see and hear things about cholesterol being a major cause heart attacks/ disease- when, in actuality, you should stop smoking, manage your stress levels, and watch your sugar intake, to reduce your risks of heart attack/ disease.
