Who gives a fuck? You do the job I employed you to do and expect to get paid for. As you should. So why should I tip you? It's like saying I will pay you to paint this wall and we agree a price. Then saying, If you did the job I paid you do I will pay you more? It's crazy. What if I said the job we agree a price for you to do, which you did as agreed, I want to pay you less than we agreed. How would you feel?place
Why do does anybody tip in the first place? Please explain to me why?
Tox... your thinking the wrong direction.. a tip is something that one does that goes above and beyond to their job or was asked to do something outside the normal price that was agreed... that everybody doesnt get or that doesnt get them fire (that depends on how anal the boss is)..
Case in point... a convenience store that I go to that makes sandwiches/pizzas etc.. depending on who "burning" the food.. Ill ask for two BBQ beefs.. just BBQ beef and two slices of bread is normal, but once in a while Ill ask for a slice a cheese & a slice of tomato (thats 10c extra each) and a some pickles (those are free).. shes not too busy shell throw them on, but I never get charged for these two items, ever and its never brought up that I got these two extras with my sandwiches and I dont do this all the time neither.. of course Ill never tell anybody, why... nobody needs to know and she would be in trouble if i did.. BUT heres the thing... Ill slip her a $2 bill, not two ones etc.. but an actually 2$ bill... should see the face she makes when I do.. not only that Shell WILL remember me in the future... and shell continue to something nice for me in the future, if theres time and shes not busy...
A tip and it should be something special.. that THIS person IS gonna to remember you in the future and make an effort to continue to give you excellent service whenever you show up...
