Years ago, Tony Richardson found a strange skull on the sea floor. After 15 years of silence (and keeping the skull in his garage), he's demanding answers. Luckily, reporter Bill Green's on the case! Can you help solve the mystery?

Looks like he needs to contact Lloyd Pye of the Starchild skull and work his network to get DNA Testing done, if it's real.

It kinda looks like an ancestor to the salt water crocodile.... 
And it "secreting" fluid after all this time is just plain weird!!! looks like a "fresh kill"....creepy man
They should be able to get a DNA sample from either the fluid or the cartilage & bone
Keep us up on this please....one of the most interesting things I've seen in a bit

I hope I don't have to regret posting this XD...
It looks like it could be the skull of a dragon-type creature. Now I don't mean like huge, fire breathing type dragon, but gawd...like a pokemon. Dragonair is what it looks similar to. I can only compare it to something it looks similar to!
