Flashing Object In Space

2010-07-09 While following a "Satellite" with my night vision, I saw a bright flash, so I abandoned my target and stayed where I saw this flash, I then recorded 25 mins of steady flashing in space. The object was stationary. The stars were in rotation, this wasn't. FL, US

Long Description of Sighting Report

I was following this "orb/satellite" high in the sky and at bottom of the screen I see this flash.. so I decided to stay on it with the cam.. I recorded over 25 mins of this steady flashing.
The flash is about every 22 seconds between flashes. Keep watching do not fast forward or you miss it.
NOTICE.. the stars rotate with the earths turn... yet the flash does NOT.... so.. what is it? any ideas?

Also, at the end of part two.. a huge "ufo" passes by, I follow it, but lost it.. then I lost my place with the flash, so I do not know when it stopped flashing.

as minimal as this may seem its actually a pretty decent find...
but remember, we have mad "things" up in orbit, some which do not move... or some that move with the rotation of the earth i should say, that make it appear as if they dont move...

BUT i have seen satellites plenty of times and never have I seen one blink...

True.... The norm is a constant light from reflected sun or moon light. Blinking indicates something different. But what?
