Yeah Dom good on you but alot of people are not.... 'aware'. Personally i think a three strike policy would suffice, unless serious harm has been created by the 'misdemeanour'. So it is a 'priviledge' to drive ? Who makes this a priviledge ? WTF. I'm sure the right to traverse the Earth, our home, our planet should NOT be a fcking priviledge but a unalienable RIGHT for all man.

Other states are different. Where I'm at, they say it's a privilege to drive. lol It even says it on the cover of the booklet they give you when your in school taking drivers education.
I'll get my license back. I just gotta wait. It's a punishment.
Also, I'm not banned from traveling the earth or country or state or city.
They do offer public transportation.
I can't complain. I know what I did was wrong. I take full responsibility for it.
Later this month it will be 1 full year of being alcohol free. The 27th to be exact.

Hey Dom, congrats mate. Get onto home made veggie juices asap i'm tellin you.
Well yeah you are not barred from traversing the Earth BUT they have took away your most preferred form of transportation, and if given reason to do so the system CAN have you held a prisoner in your own home, happens all the time in the UK. WTF is that all about. The system just wants to drill the humanity right out of people 24/7. It's all about submission, that feeling of 'going along with things' just to be 'normal' cos that way the system will leave you be, right ? and to a certain degree it does and we accept it an enjoy this little piece of calm... WTF, the reality is we are all sick to death of this system. This is where i'm at but at the same time i would love nothing more but to stand and fight it head on right now, no holds barred cos quite frankly i believe i would win but more than anything else i would feel deeply as a human in doing this. Afterall it is the right thing to do, the ONLY thing we should be doing, tearing down this hellish worldwide farce called 'democracy' which add an N and subtract the second 'c' for a Z and you get DEMONCRAZY, that is more appropriate i feel. The demons ARE running crazy on Earth.

I agree, I did get a jail sentence. I'm a non violent person who was sent to jail. That was bullshit. That's this country though. We send everyone to jail.
I did my time though, and I never wanna go back.
Everyone here talks about they live in a prison... Well, that's not even close. They've obviously never been to a real one.
There's nothing worse than being in locked in jail.
It really is hell on earth.

I love V8. Is that ok? lol, I'm sure you'll say it's modified or something.
I'm in a bulking phase right now. My money goes towards very high quality protien / carbohydrate shakes.
Optimum Nutrition Pro complex gainer to be exact.
I lift weights 5 days a week. No more than an hour a day. Your testosterone is gone after 45-60 minutes of working out, and you would just be burning away muscle by then.
I've gotta consume 4-5 thousand calories a day.
I wouldn't mind a veggie drink for a snack though.
Hey, doc. Take a look at the nutrition of what I drink. I drink 2 a day. I do drink it with milk though. I want the extra calories and protein. So It averages close to 900 calories a shake.

Excellent Dom, let me get back to you on this.
The protein powder in my view is not optimal. Whey proteins are a good source of protein to build muscle BUT taking it regularly and in the long term is highly detrimental overall to the body, mainly the liver and kidneys, the uric acid is hard on the body. So whey once/day 4 times week, no big deal if the rest of your diet is natural but not like 3 times/day 6 days/week like alot of weight lifters. I'm in training for Ironman 70.3. The only protien supplements i take are vegetarian in nature. My no.1 protein in hemp, followed by brown rice and pea. I tend to combine them all on many instances. I'm a big fan of superfoods like spirulina and especially chlorella, but due to pricing i don't consume tons of the stuff, a teaspoon or tablespoon here are there especially after hard training. Adaptogenic herbs are also fantastic and everyone should be taking them regularly, they are cheap and at the moment readilly available.
The shake you mentioned will have GM ingredients, the maltodextrin is from corn and then it has artificial sweetners closely related to aspartame. And the vitamins and minerals added look all to be synthetic in nature, some will be from GM sources so not really what your body requires which is wholefood preferably organic made in nature nutrients. V8 is ok, because it is pasteurised it lacks the enzymes so not great, that's why you MUST make your own, enzymes are the sparkplug of life, without them we can't generate as much cellular energy as we ought to. Much of the world's food is enzyme deficient aswell as nutrient deficient.
I say look into adaptogenic herbs and give them a go, you can't go wrong. Paradise herbs have a good organic affordable range on iherb.com

Quinoa is great, it's one of the main foods my uncle eats to stay alive since his intestinal tract was removed when he was diagnosed with colitis.
Yeah I was reading about this story this morning and funny enough on the bus full of coughing people haha, the story was in a community paper they give away for free on buses and in the city centre, guys on every corner forcing it on people, I call it a conditioning paper, it stinks of agenda, sadly I read it on this one occasion, it seems funny how there things always seem to take hold in places like The US and UK respectively amongst a few other places, I fear this will be just perfect to roll out another mass vaccination program, and probably even a compulsory one at that, look at the fear spread with the swine flu and bird flu 'Avian influenza H5N1'
A respected Japanese scientist, who works with the World Health Organization, says 300 people have died of H5N1 bird flu in China, there are an estimated 1.3 billion people in china.
http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn8 ... china.html
In 2009 the UK loss of life was estimated at 50 deaths
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/ja ... th-toll-50
One has to ask does this warrant the whole population of nearly 70 million being vaccinated in the UK or 1.3 billion in China, maybe many will disagree with me but maybe its about time we let the immune system catch up a little, can anyone remember the last time they went to the doctors and got a completely natural remedy ?
This number 300 out of 1.3 billion equates to it being extremely unlikely that one would die from this and the question has to be asked how much money can be gained my a mass vaccination program from these incredibly small odds, yep sure as hell billions will be made by the pharmaceutical companies once again, indeed many big pharma companies own Pesticide and fertiliser companies and even animal feed so one has to ask is there a correlation somewhere, after all was it not contaminated feed that caused that strain of mad Cow Disease, I believe there is a massive conflict of interests here that needs to be closely looked at
We are constantly told that antibiotics are over subscribed which is know to weaken the immune system but there seems to be no program in place to combat this.
So pharmaceutical companies stand to make billions once again, there are just to many subversive programs going on, conflict of interests where even MP's, members of Congress sit on the boards of these big conglomerates and as such they seem untouchable.
There needs to be laws put into place where this is not allowed to happen.
'In my world one would be arrested for being under the influence of fluoride'
Doc I would say you are probably the most awake person on this site and in more ways than one

I have been astonished that men could die martyrs for their religion -
I have shudder'd at it.
I shudder no more.
I could be martyr'd for my religion
Love is my religion
And I could die for that.
I could die for you.
I have shudder'd at it.
I shudder no more.

I thought Alex hits a lot of stuff within this clip that I felt should be shared.
The concept of a Drone Army phasing out Human controllers, like Terminator 3.
DHS /Nerve Gas/Airborne Ebola can be released at the flick of a switch.
The Provocation of the Iran regime currently could lead us into World War 3 and Martial Law being readied/FEMA Camps activated/ More Laws every day to steal our Liberty and Slow kill us while the cowards run to their underground bunkers.
