Definitely looks like a manmade to me.
There are several styles of design in the area. From the pics linked....

That may not be the same item, but judging the designs in the area, it hold with the style.
To me, it doesn't appear to have made a trail. Just looks like a pedestrian bridge over the road to the facility.

Dude, you asked, I gave an opinion. Look at the whole area. Pretty damn nice for China. Lots of stuff there. Including a scenic overlook of the river. Accessible by a pedestrian bridge over the road. Right next to the park area, gardens, and activity center with the tennis courts and pool. Just common sense, no imagination required.

If you're looking for stuff like this on GE, just look at youtube. There's tons of this shit on there. And the majority of pics are overflights, not satellite. You can also search the forums here. There was one pretty cool, from street view not too long ago.

I downloaded google earth, and agree with Hesop.
Clearly an activity center or resort of some type with a scenic overlook,
or something to that effect...all built on an oceanfront highway.

Gimp 2.6 is a free photo editor. I played around with the image a little and got some interesting results. I'm sorry I'm a dummbass when it comes to posting things .ie.photos and vids. Or I woulda posted them. :oops:

Sobel in filter/edge , is the affect I thought was interesting in the fact it show's it is clearly blured at the supposed trailing edge.
