From what I understand this is supposed to of started from a anonymous phone call.

But time will tell, no stone will be left unturned by the media, politicians will push for the truth on this matter.

This is about our civil liberties.
If members of Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council have taken advantage of their positions of power because of some vendetta, they should go to prison for it.

Don't get me wrong. Social Service has it's place, Here it's the C.A.S. But sometimes they overstep their bounds and go way overboard. A lot of the people they put in these positions are ignorant and most don't have kids. Go figure!!!! :top:

thats a bit extreme, fostering children is tough in the States.

I understand the need to protect foster children from further abuse, but they have taken this a step to far imo.

She was born in a era when that was the standard view.
Things have changed since then.
She couldn't get away with saying that today.

In all fairness I can see the obvious advantages of bring up a child within a family that is from a similar background.

But really it is the love of a good parent that is of utmost importance and the greatest gift we could give these children.

"Michael Gove has branded a decision by Rotherham council to remove three children from a foster couple because they belong to UKIP as "indefensible".

The foster parents claim "no discussions" took place between them and the council prior to their removal.

The children - who are European migrants - were removed by social workers who accused the unnamed couple of belonging to a "racist party".

Council leader Roger Stone said it was launching an immediate inquiry.

The education secretary said the "wrong decision" was made "in the wrong way for the wrong reasons"."

This worries me as most people will in the long term now associate more so UKIP with the BNP and the old National Front when UKIP is more about economics than ethnicity. Unlikely the Rotherham Labour council apparently... who seem to think that you are incapable of looking after a child unless you are of the same ethnic background and political views as the children in order to function as a parent...

The EU is sucking the UK dry.
