France opens ''UFO port"


6 September 2010 – France – From airport to UFOport, that’s what the inhabitants of the small town of Ares, near Bordeax France, must have thought. The pad was originally build in 1976 but the town council recently completed the architectural construction for an UFOport. The triangular UFOport is welcoming visitors from outer space.


Tourism Eras

Eras, must have looked at places like Rachel in Nevada, known as the UFO capital of the world and located near Area 51 in the United States. Rachel Town has since the 50’s become a haven for UFO hunters and tourists. The local souvenir shops, hotels and F&B outlets are not complaining about the world wide media attention they have gotten the last sixty years.


Tax Payers Money

The locals have paid for the pad, less then US$ 1,500.00 which was money well spend, as it attracted at least 20.000 visitors per years since 1976.



Welcome Message

Ares, is heading this way too, and the first souvenir shop was sighted by our local reporter. The triangular pad is build near the seaside and last week a marble slab was revealed to the public; "Welcome to All Travelers from the Universe."
The local mayor Jean-Guy Perriere told reporters during a press conference; "There is an unknown world in this universe whose limits are beyond our comprehension."
Most probably the UFO landing pad will attract more tourists from inner space than visitors from outer space. But with the first UFO landing pad in the world, Ares has a novelty.
So far there was no interest yet from NASA or ESA (the European Space Agency) to use the facility.

I like the fact that the Esa or Nasa have not made contact to date with regard to using these facilities but perhaps black op organisations will drop by in the near future?
