these loans for the new street lighting stock that these areas will get installed during the first 5 yrs of the 25yr tender and running cost for the rest of the tender with their respective private construction companies (contractual partners)... the loans are to be payed back over 35-45 years... the expected shelf life of the new lighting stock is 20-25 yrs... and we will still be paying for the lighting stock 15-20 years AFTER theyve been replaced again... WHERES THE FUCKING LOGIC IN THAT ?????????

The problem with government employees is that this is happening in all the countries not just the UK. Everyone wants more and more while the working class (if there is any left) is holding the bag. I see a debt bank coming that all or most hurt nations will pour their debt into in order to maintain peace. the only way societies BASED on economic evolution can continue to function is by constantly creating new markets and charging more in the old markets. instead, we're getting rid of markets, creating fewer new markets, and we've been charged to death (which is why we're seeing certain non-necessary markets die off). To fix it, we'll have to do what the U.S. did and what Europe is beginning to do but on a larger scale.

The paper money of today is imaginary anyway. To solve this, they'll have to imagine something new. Not speaking of the new world order or even a world currency, but I definately think there'll be a World debt bank. Now what would happen to a world debt bank, backed by Unions as powerful and broke as the U.S. and eastern Europe? They'd turn around and fund poorer countries and create bonds and other financial instruments as any bank does. The difference would be, that the U.S. and the E.U. would be the ones backing it. This would make its credit rating AAA and people would by its investments believing their money is 200% safe. A beautiful plan waiting to happen.
